Since its inception in the year 2018, "Amyy-Prasha Design Studio" has been focused in its approach as a skillful balance of talent, experience, and hard work. Providing services in Architecture, Interior design and Design Coordination across a wide range of building types including Residences, Retail and Hospitality, our core values are targeted at Design excellence, innovation and customer satisfaction.

requirements, big and small, whilst making optimal use of the available space.

Apart from the full-scale design services, "Amyy-Prasha Design Studio" also provides various other services including renovation and consultation.

consultation & fee structure

We propose Four, sequential design phases:

Concept Design, Design Development, Schematic Drawings & Working Drawings

- Fees for the above mentioned Package (Residential Space) : 120 Rs. / Sq.ft

The package includes site visits of Architects & designers once every week for design consultation. For subsequent visits/meeting, a sum of Rs. 5000/- Will be applicable on Concept Design, Design Development, Schematic Drawings & Working Drawings or any stage.

For Construction Administration visit is included in the fee as mentioned.

Note: Services to be initiated at 50% advance.

Balance payment on pro rata basis as mentioned below

Following are the charges for the mentioned services.

CONCEPT DESIGN (25%)

This involves conceptual layouts of the space, whether architectural or interiors.
Layout presentations to understand the client’s requirements and taste.
Presentations with design elements & principles for better visual honesty.

** Note- Design changes more than 2 will be charged separately, a sum of Rs. 3000/- will be applicable per change.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT (25%)

The evolution of the design concept to schematic stage with presentations to client.
Design oriented meetings/ presentations, one every week.

SCHEMATIC DRAWINGS (25%)

Finalising Furniture layout, with start of plumbing, electrical, flooring & false ceiling layouts.
2 design oriented meetings / presentations to finalise the design and start of working drawings.

WORKING DRAWINGS (25%)

Plumbing Layout – Detailed working drawings of water supply and drainage. Toilet & kitchen layouts with sectional elevation of all sides. Selection of sanitary fixtures, tiles & accessories with mood board presentations.

Electrical Layout – Detailed working drawings for all electricals in the space with context.

False Ceiling Layout – Detailed working drawings for false ceiling including reflective ceiling plan with placement of lighting, fire fighting, fire detection and Air conditioning ducting layout.

Flooring Layout – Flooring plan with selection of carpets & materials according to mood board presentations. Flooring patterns of different spaces merging together to create design elements.

Door/Window Schedule – Detailed tags of doors & windows with material selection & designs. Including details of openings, architraves, hardware & finishes.

Interior Elevations / Wall Treatments – Elevations with design and material selections. Massing presentations for clients with 3D renders.

Interior Sections – Section including all joinery details and precisions required for execution of the project.

Furniture Design / Electronic system selections as per the clients requirements

Construction Administration would be charged separately
